The path unfolds as you walk it.

How it works

Your goal is enough.

No blank board to fill in, no method to learn. You describe your project in a few words. It's built automatically.

01

Tell it where you're going

What do you want to achieve? Say it in your own words: run a half-marathon, launch your podcast, plan a move. Add a deadline if you want one, and why it matters to you.

02

Discover your next steps

Atriate breaks your project down: big milestones to see far ahead, the next steps in detail so you can act today. The rest unfolds as you go.

03

Move forward, and see it

Every step you check off pushes your progress up. Day after day, you see the ground you've covered and what's left before your date.

For any project

Your project belongs here.

Describe your goal. That's all it takes. Whatever the field, Atriate breaks it down and stays with you to the finish.

The milestones, without the vertigo

Your project's big stages stay visible, from the start line to your date. You always know where you're headed, without getting lost in the details of what comes much later.

Progress you can see

Your progress bar climbs, the history keeps the record. On the day you doubt it, you look back at the ground you've covered.

What slips, surfaces

A missed deadline, a step at a standstill? Atriate flags it, quietly. You get back on track in two minutes instead of giving up in silence.

A dashboard for every project

Every project gets its own page: your momentum, running notes, off-plan tasks and the numbers you track (weight, budget, kilometers). You pick the cards, the layout takes care of itself.

A credit is the currency of what you ask Atriate to prepare: breaking a project down uses 10, revising your plan 3, re-cutting a milestone 1. The cost is shown before every move. Ticking your steps, moving to the next milestone and the overnight work cost nothing.

Prices incl. tax for individuals. No minimum term: cancel whenever you like, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, the month on monthly billing and the year on yearly billing. Need a bit more? Credit top-ups are available to subscribers, and they never expire.

Frequently asked

Everything you're wondering.

What exactly is Atriate?

A project progress companion. You give it a goal (and a deadline if you have one), and it breaks the path into concrete steps, shows you the next one, and makes your progress visible day after day. Your calendar and your email can join it, so everything about the project lives in the same place.

What kind of project does it work for?

Any of them: training for a race, launching a side project, organizing a move, studying for an exam, planning a trip, changing careers. With or without a deadline, Atriate adapts the breakdown to your subject and how familiar you are with it.

Do I have to plan everything myself?

No, that's the whole point. Where other tools greet you with a blank page, Atriate only requires one thing: saying your goal. The rest (deadline, rhythm, level of detail) you add if you want. It proposes the breakdown. You stay in charge to adjust, rename or reorder the steps.

Why don't I see the whole plan at once?

Because that's how people give up. Atriate shows you the next steps in detail and keeps the big milestones visible in the background, without detailing them from day one. The rest comes into focus as you get closer. It's designed to never discourage you.

Which integrations are available?

Today: Google Calendar and Gmail. More connectors will come. You'll see them listed here the day they work, not before.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connectors are read-only, and Gmail is metadata-only: the content of your messages is never read. Every account is strictly isolated from the others. You can delete your account and your data whenever you want, and request a copy of your data, in line with GDPR.

Can I use it on mobile?

Yes. Atriate installs like an app on your phone (PWA): you check off your steps and follow your progress wherever you are, with the same pages as on desktop.

How do credits work?

A credit is one helping hand you ask for. Moves don't all cost the same: breaking down a whole project uses more than re-cutting one milestone. The cost is shown before you confirm. Everything else is unlimited: ticking your steps, moving on to what's next, browsing your pages, and the overnight prep. And if a month runs over, top-ups exist. They never expire.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes, with no minimum term. You cancel from your subscription settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is cut off in the middle of a month you have covered. After that your access is suspended, but nothing is deleted. Your account, your projects and your history are kept. Everything becomes available again if you come back. After several years without a single sign-in an account is eventually erased, and an email warns you first.

Can I switch plans along the way?

Yes, both ways. If you move up to Max, the change is immediate and you only pay the difference, in proportion to the time left in your current period. If you move back down to Plus, you keep Max until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you switch: nothing is charged or refunded on that day. Your projects and pages stay in place. Anything beyond the limits of the new plan is locked, never deleted, and becomes editable again if you move back up.

What if I change my mind right after paying?

You have 14 days from your first paid subscription to get a refund, on top of your legal right of withdrawal. The refund is pro rata to what you have not used: if you have already spent half your credits, half comes back to you, not all of it. Everything happens inside the app, under Settings then Subscription. The exact amount is shown before you confirm. Be aware that this refund ends your subscription right away, without waiting for the end of the period. Top-ups are not refunded, but they are not lost: they stay on your account and become usable again if you subscribe later. This guarantee can be used once per person.
