Features

Everything from the idea to the date.

Atriate doesn't drown you in options. It shows what to do now, keeps the course on what's next, and makes every step visible. Here, one by one, is what it does for your project.

One step per feature. Climb at your pace, or scroll down for the details.

Step 1 of 10

Your pace, your level

A bit each evening or in big blocks, first project or old habit: the breakdown follows your answers.

Say where you're going

01 · Pace

Your pace, your level

The same project doesn't break down the same way for someone with an hour each evening and someone who blocks their Sundays. Nor for a first project and an old habit. Before breaking it down, Atriate asks what you already have, what's holding you back, your date if you have one, and the pace you can keep.

Then a few questions specific to your project place your level. Skip the ones that don't speak to you in one click, and every answer makes your plan more accurate.

What it changesThe plan is yours, not a template found online. It starts where you really are.

Discover your next steps

02 · Next step

The next step, in detail

A whole project fits in sixty tasks, and sixty tasks on one page is the surest way to do none of them. Atriate only shows your next steps: concrete, doable. What you need to move today, and nothing else.

Every step is written to be done, not admired: "Write my offer in three lines" rather than "Define my positioning". When you check it, the next one takes its place.

What it changesYou stop opening your project wondering where to start. The answer is already written, and it fits on one line.

03 · Milestones

Milestones, without the vertigo

Seeing far, yes. Seeing everything, no. The big stages of your project stay visible from the start to your date: you always know where you're going and what's left. But distant milestones aren't detailed until you get there.

It's a choice, not a limit. Detailing on day one what you'll do in four months means planning with what you don't know yet. By breaking each milestone down when you reach it, Atriate takes into account what you've learned on the way.

What it changesYou look at your plan without vertigo. The mountain is there, but you only see the next landing.

04 · Revision

The plan follows when life moves

Your goal changes, a new constraint comes up. You tell Atriate, which revises the rest of the plan so it stays consistent. What you've already done doesn't move.

A revision only touches what's left: your checked steps, your history and your progress stay as they are. You see the cost before you confirm.

What it changesA week that goes off the rails no longer derails the project. You say it in one sentence, and the path resets.

05 · The night

The night works for you

While you sleep, Atriate prepares your day. Your steps for the day and your dated tasks go into one queue, across all your projects: you know what to start with, and each project keeps the order of its plan. Your reminders are ready too: a deadline approaching, a milestone completed, a number you haven't updated.

None of this night work ever costs a credit, and it keeps going even when your month's quota is used up.

What it changesWhen you wake up, everything is ready. Open Atriate and your first step is right at the top of the page.

06 · Progress

Progress you can see

What discourages isn't the distance left. It's not seeing the distance already covered. Every step you check moves your gauge up, and your momentum over the past weeks draws itself.

For each project, and across all of them: the Progress page gives you perspective on the past weeks, without anything to enter. A finished project stays in the history, with everything it asked of you.

What it changesSome doubtful evening, you open the page and see twenty-one steps behind you. That's often enough to take the twenty-second.

07 · Expected arrival

You know if you'll make it

Atriate compares your real pace with your date and gives an expected arrival. You see whether you're ahead, on time or behind, while there's still room to adjust.

The estimate is redone with every step you check: it follows what you actually do, not what you planned to do.

What it changesYou find out about a delay while it can still be made up, not the day before the date.

08 · Alerts

Whatever slips comes back

A personal project has no project manager to remind you of what's dragging. Atriate plays that part, quietly: a deadline passed, a step stalled for too long, all of it comes back on a single page, grouped by project, with the action within reach.

No guilt, no hourly notifications. And if you pause a project, it goes quiet: a chosen pause is not a delay.

What it changesYou adjust in two minutes, instead of discovering in a month that you gave up without deciding to.

09 · Budget

Your budget, costed and dated

If your project costs money, Atriate estimates how much and ties the expense to the milestone that needs it. It tells you when the money will be there.

And if the numbers don't work, it shows you what you'd need to put aside each month for the date to hold.

What it changesYou see the gap before the order, not after. You decide knowing the number.

10 · Dashboard

A dashboard for every project

Every project has its page, and you compose it: your progress, notes as you go, tasks outside the plan, and the numbers you track. A client count, a budget, kilometres: a card keeps them over time, as a number, a gauge or a curve.

You pick the cards, the layout takes care of itself, and you can move anything if you prefer. If you want a starting point, Atriate suggests cards suited to your project, and you keep the ones that speak to you.

What it changesNo system to build. One page per project, with what matters to it, and nothing else.
