Prices include tax for individuals. No minimum term: cancel whenever you like, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, a month on monthly billing, a year on yearly. If a month's credits run out, you can add top-ups, which never expire.
Credits, explained
A credit is the currency of the help you ask Atriate for. Moves don't all cost the same, because they don't all take the same work. You see the cost before each move, and you confirm.

The rules, plainly
What happens when you cancel, switch plans or change your mind. Written here so you don't have to look for it.
Cancel whenever you like
No minimum term. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so nothing is cut off in the middle of a month you've covered.
Nothing is deleted when you leave
Your access is suspended, but your account, your projects and your history are kept. Everything becomes available again if you come back.
Switch plans, either way
Moving up to Max is immediate, and you only pay the prorated difference. Moving down to Plus, you keep Max until the end of the period you've paid for. Anything above the new limits is locked, never deleted.
14 days to change your mind
From your first paid subscription, you get a refund for the share you haven't used, once per person. Request it in the app under Settings then Subscription.

How do credits work?
A credit is one helping hand you ask for. Costs vary: breaking down a whole project uses more credits than breaking down one milestone again. You see the cost before you confirm. Everything else is unlimited: checking off steps, browsing your pages and the overnight prep. And if you need more credits that month, you can buy a top-up. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, with no minimum term. You cancel from your subscription settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is cut off in the middle of a month you have covered. After that your access is suspended, but nothing is deleted. Your account, your projects and your history are kept. Everything becomes available again if you come back. After several years without a single sign-in an account is eventually erased, and an email warns you first.
Can I switch plans along the way?
Yes, both ways. Moving up to Max takes effect immediately. You pay only the difference, prorated for the time left in your current billing period. Moving down to Plus takes effect after the period you've already paid for, and you keep Max until then. Nothing is charged or refunded on the day you switch to Plus. Your projects and pages stay in place. Anything above the new plan's limits is locked but never deleted. It becomes editable again if you move back up.
What if I change my mind right after paying?
You have 14 days from your first paid subscription to get a refund, in addition to your legal right of withdrawal. The refund covers the unused share: if you've spent half your credits, you get half back. Request it in the app under Settings then Subscription. You'll see the exact amount before you confirm. The refund ends your subscription immediately. You lose access then, even if there's time left in your billing period. Top-ups aren't refunded. They stay on your account, ready to use if you subscribe again. You can use this guarantee once per person.
